St. John Scores a Top-5
at IRP!
September 24, 2008 - After a great qualifying run that left Tommy just short of the pole in second position, a loose condition during the race left the St. John Racing Team with another top-5 finish.
"We had a stagger problem during the race," stated Tommy. "The stagger in the rear opened up too much and just left the car to loose to drive. We tried a few new things for this event and this car turned better than it ever has before. Now we just need to hook it up for the Winchester 400."
